A 6 week self-paced program designed to improve lower body strength and mobility in order to address nagging injuries, specifically for running athletes.  The program includes low back, hip, knee and ankle mobility in addition to single leg stability and lower body strength . This program incorporates bands and some weight as needed. It is deisgned as an additional supplement to a regular exercise and resistance training routine.
