A 4 week self-paced program designed for those dealing with neck pain. The program includes neck, shoulder, and mid-back mobility in addition to neck stability and upper body strength . This program incorporates bands and some weight as needed. It is deisgned as an additional supplement to a regular exercise and resistance training routine.
